I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
I am not in the least prejudiced by the fact that I grew up in Summit, and the Rosary Shrine was, fo all intents, my "parish," that my family served morning Masses their, that Sister Virginia, et al. are like family...
Okay, I AM prejudiced.
But it is still a fine, fine hymnal.
If the sensibility, taste and wisdom the good nuns brought to its creation were brought to bear on the compilation of a parihs missal, with a psalter and some ordinaries, it would blow anything else I've seen out of the water.
